Service description

The service of obtaining a license to establish a cultural institution in order to provide cultural services.

Requirements

Public Library:

  • Applicant must be Omani
  • There must be a minimum of 4 and maximum of 7 founders
  • Applicants must be residents of the state in which the center is being opened.
 

Civil Cultural Centre:

  • Applicant must be Omani
  • There must be a minimum of 4 and maximum of 7 founders to the Public Library
  • There must be a minimum of 4 and maximum of 7 founders for the Cultural Centre
  • Founder should be at least 25 years old
  • Applicants must be residents of the state in which the center is being opened.

  • Certificate of non-conviction for each founder.
