Service description

This service can be utilized by individuals, civil and private organizations, and teams who wish to host events

Requirements

  • The establishment and company must be authorized to engage in the art of organizing festivals and artistic events by the relevant authorities.
  • The applicant is responsible for the event's content and for compliance with the rules and regulations governing such events, as well as for compliance with the terms and conditions of the approval
  • Permit should be applied for at least 30 days before the event

  • Institutions and licensed companies that host and plan events
  • Associations, clubs, teams and societies

The required documents

Individuals:

  • Identification Card
  • Event Proposal
  • Event Poster

Companies:

  • Commercial Registrar
  • Permits and approvals from the relevant authorities to host the event
  • Event Proposal
  • Event Poster

Other institutions:

  • Registration certificate/Proof of registration
  • Event Proposal
  • Event Poster
