The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth signed this morning a memorandum of cooperation with the Oman Telecommunications Company to support and sponsor cultural and sports activities. His Excellency Sayyid Saeed bin Sultan Al Busaidi, Undersecretary for Culture, signed on behalf of the Ministry, while Talal bin Saeed Al Maamari, CEO of Omantel, signed for the company.
